Ordering and delivery at Dubai Chocolates

At Dubai Chocolates, it's all about luxury chocolate and worry-free delivery. Here you can read how ordering works, how fast we deliver and what you can do if something goes wrong.

At your door fast

✔ Order on a working day before 23:00 and we ship your order the same day. In the Netherlands and Belgium it arrives the next working day, in Germany within 2 to 3 working days and in the rest of Europe within 3 to 5 working days.

✔ We work with professional couriers and pack everything with care, chilled when needed, so your order arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping costs

Shipping to your country costs 19.99 zł, and from 324 zł shipping is free. You'll find an overview per country on our shipping information page.

Confirmation and Track & Trace

Right after you order, you'll get a confirmation by email. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your delivery.

Returns

✔ Damaged or wrong item? Let us know within 48 hours of receipt, ideally with a photo. We'll then arrange a replacement or a refund.

✔ Not happy? We aim for 100% satisfaction. Get in touch within 48 hours and we'll find a solution together.

✔ For reasons of hygiene and food safety, we can't take back opened packaging. Unopened, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days.
